That identity is not a slogan — it is our operating structure. Two campuses, two languages, one academic standard. Our English campus at Djeregbe and our Campus Francophone at Gbegamey were built to serve students on their own terms, without compromising the rigor either side demands. A student choosing ESCT is choosing which language they study in — not a lesser version of the university.
We are, first, a place of study. Everything else — the portal, the partnerships, the ceremony — exists to protect what a degree from ESCT means.
That is also why we invest as heavily in verification as we do in instruction. A degree is only as valuable as the confidence others place in it — which is why every ESCT credential can be checked in seconds through our Result Verification Portal, at no cost to the employer or institution requesting it. It is the same reason our accreditation status is published plainly on this page rather than left for prospective students to have to ask about.
ESCT University Benin is accredited by the Ministère de l'Enseignement Supérieur et de la Recherche Scientifique, République du Bénin — the government body overseeing higher education across the Republic.
This accreditation confirms that our curricula, faculty qualifications, and assessment standards meet the requirements set by the Republic of Bénin for higher education — the same standard that underpins every degree ESCT confers, in French or in English. Employers and partner institutions verifying an ESCT credential can treat that accreditation as the baseline guarantee behind it.
Founder & Registry
The Office of the Founder and the Registry oversee academic governance and the integrity of every record ESCT holds — from admission to graduation. Each of our five faculties is led by a Dean responsible for curriculum, faculty appointments, and academic standards within that discipline. Deanship appointments are being finalized; full names and portraits will be published here as they are confirmed.
